STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Scope

Applies to all consulting services and online courses provided by Robin Angelé EI ("Robin4consulting").

2. Payment Terms

B2B: Net 21 working days from invoice date.
B2C: Terms provided pre-contract. 14-day withdrawal period applies (see clause 5).

3. Late Payments (B2B only)

2.5% monthly interest + €40 fixed recovery fee (art. L441-10 French Commercial Code).

4. Claims

B2B: 3 months by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt.
B2C: 2 years (legal warranty - Consumer Code).

4bis. Satisfaction Guarantee

Limited to objective non-conformity with pre-agreed written specifications only.

Money-back offered if:

  • Service deliverables objectively fail to meet written specifications agreed before contract
  • Client notifies within 14 days after delivery with evidence

Excludes subjective dissatisfaction, market conditions, client implementation errors.

5. Right of Withdrawal (B2C only)

Consumers have 14 days from contract conclusion to withdraw (art. L221-18 Consumer Code).

  • Before service starts: Full refund.
  • If service started early at consumer's express request: Pro-rata payment for service performed up to withdrawal date.
  • If service fully performed within 14 days with express waiver: No withdrawal possible (art. L221-28).

6. Governing Law

French law applies.
B2B: Exclusive jurisdiction of Nanterre Commercial Court.
B2C: Consumer dispute resolution via mediation (https://www.mediateur-consommation.fr).
